The subscription portion of Contrary Investor consists of access to our twice weekly Market Observations reports, the Chart Room page and the Managed Account Activity section. All other portions of the site are without restriction.

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING:

$US 95 Annual subscription (52 weeks)

$US 30 Quarterly subscription (13 weeks)

Subscriptions can be paid by credit card in a secured environment on the server of our card acceptance provider. After reading the Subscriber Agreement Terms below, the "I Agree" link will take you to a user registration page and on to the card payment location. Upon confirmation of payment, we should have your User Name (your email address) and Password enabled within 24 hours.

Payment can also be made by personal check (inside the US only) or bank draft/money order (non-US subscribers), made payable to ContraryInvestor.com. Remember, payment must be received in US dollars. If you have an alternative payment need or requirement, just e-mail us at subscribe and we'll try our best to work it out in the most painless manner. It is imperative that we receive your e-mail address with all correspondence. Also, if choosing to pay by mail, please provide us with a PASSWORD of your choice. Throughout this Agreement, the abbreviation "CI" will mean the ContraryInvestor.com web site and is deemed to include the owners, editor, publisher and all persons engaged in the production of content for the CI website.

As a guarantee of this subscription, CI commits to the publication of 95 Market Observation reports over a calendar year. If, for any reason, CI fails to produce the required number of reports, subscribers with paid-up annual subscriptions will receive a subscription extension equal to the number of reports missed. While CI will endeavor to provide reports to its subscribers as per stated time estimates, CI cannot be responsible for hardware failure, actions taken by subscriber ISP's or general problems related to the Internet.

In the event CI ceases to operate, subscribers who have chosen the 52 week subscription will receive a refund, on a pro rata basis, for the unused portion of their subscriptions.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Contra Costa County, California, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this ContraryInvestor.com website. Use of this ContraryInvestor.com website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.

CI is offered to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of this web site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices.
